General information to comply with Law 34/2002

I.- PURPOSE

Access to and/or use of all the services of the portal www.altodebayna.com confers the condition of user on those who use it.

The right of Don Gastronom Spain S.L. to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the service of the Portal or any of the services that comprise it, at any time unilaterally. IV.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents as well as the name, logos, brands and accessible databases of the portal are subject to the Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights of their respective owners and therefore their reproduction or use without the authorization of their owner is expressly prohibited.

V.- COOKIE

Occasionally we may use a technology called «cookies» in order to provide a range of content and/or services in a personalized manner. Don Gastronom Spain S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought as a result of the provision of the Web service and its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, fulfillment or non-fulfillment of what is established here. In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, Don Gastronom Spain S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the town of Bilbao (Vizcaya).
